I would like to thank my voice teacher, Rick Rea, for his amazing encouragement and influence in my life and my family for supporting this passion of mine :)

Makell Knight as a youth would always dance, sing, and even act as if she was on stage from the moment she learned how to walk. Her heart truly shines most when it involves something shes passionate about. Makell's dream is to become an actor on screen or on stage someday, realistically she'd love to teach it just as her theater teachers had onto her. She believes that even in your darkest moments, there will be a door that you can unlock that will bring you to happiness. The only hard part is finding the key. Her's was acting.

Whitlee has always loved to sing! She made up her first song, "bloo-bloo, blah-blah" at age 16 months. She sang in church at age 2 1/2 and sang the National Anthem at age 5 in front of 6,000 people. Music seems to follow her wherever she goes...always humming, singing, beat boxing or playing the piano. It's just part of her!
Whitlee has some awesome "silly human tricks" including: singing with her mouth closed, wiggling one ear at a time, touching her tongue to her nose, can raise her eyebrows one at time and has very bendy fingers.
We can't express how happy we are that we found the Ziegfeld theater program! Whitlee has had such an amazing experience in every show she has done here! The atmosphere is positive and the directors and cast are such a blessing. She has loved every part she has played, but a couple favorites were being Jasmine in Aladdin kids and young Fiona in Shrek Jr.
Whitlee has found what she loves and it shows every time she walks out on that stage! We love you Whit!
