No matter what time of year you purchase the pass you get 7 tickets. 1 ticket per production. Not attending an upcoming production? No worries, your tickets roll over until you attend 7 productions! With ticket purchases and show passes, we have a NO REFUND policy. In place of a refund, we are more than happy to transfer your tickets to a future show or another patron. If you wish to exchange your tickets, call the box office at 855-944-2787 during our business hours.

Yes. Your Z Pass tickets are exchangeable. Certain exclusions may apply. Please call our box office for assistance at 855-ZIG-ARTS.

To redeem your show tickets, click on the "Redeem Z Club & Z Pass Tickets" button on the show page or Online Box Office and log into the "On The Stage" Portal with the email used at the time of purchase of your membership or pass. You may also use THIS LINK to access the portal. This will take you to the Box Office portal powered by the "On the Stage" to redeem your seats. You will be prompted to select a show and then a specific performance. When selecting your seats on this portal, select the "Subscription" Ticket type to apply your pass to the requested seats. You need to select the Subscription ticket type to redeem a subscription ticket. If not selected, the system will prompt you to pay for a ticket. If you wish to purchase additional tickets, you can select seats on the selection screen with a regular ticket type (Adult, Senior, Child, or Student). The subscription ticket type will only work with an active Z Club Membership or Z Pass.
